The customer is also responsible for user management, permissions, and the content sent through channels linked to their account.

3. Acceptable use

The platform must not be used to send spam or fraudulent messages, attempt system intrusion, bypass technical or contractual restrictions, or process data for which the customer lacks a valid legal or contractual basis.

4. Subscription and billing

Fees and usage limits are governed by the plan activated in the system. Future features, prices, or consumption limits may be updated with appropriate notice, while existing financial obligations remain governed by the documented plan, invoice, or approved commercial agreement.

5. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available, stable, and continuously improving, but maintenance windows, updates, or failures outside direct technical control may occur. Support is provided according to the plan level and the communication channels agreed within the platform or the commercial arrangement.

6. Intellectual property and data

Ownership of the platform’s trademarks, software, designs, and proprietary components remains with their owner, while customer data and content remain owned by the customer or their lawful owners. The customer grants the platform only the operational rights required to process data to deliver the service.

7. Suspension or termination

Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in cases of breach of these terms, material security, legal, or operational risks, or failure to meet financial obligations, subject to any notice or reasonable protective measures appropriate to the situation.

8. Updates to the terms

These terms may be updated to reflect product development or legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Continued use of the platform after the updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable rules.
